Fact-free Foreign Policy -

Pretty much describes the Bush foreign policy. Well, and home policies, too. I wish I had thought of it - it is a very good description.

And "Blowback" of the Bush policies from US policies in the Middle East. The blowback is the increase in hatred and distrust that the policies create in the Middle East.
