And I urge you all to do the same to a charity of your choice. The world came to our aid on 9/11. The least we can do is open our pocketbooks with 22K+ dead and rising.

and agree with you wholeheartedly - the least we can do is to open our wallets and help the survivors of this tragedy.
(I am also feeling a little annoyed that many of the MSM news stories focused on the vacationing Europeans and Americans at some of the area's resorts... oh well, if it calls more attention to this situation, I suppose it's not all bad.)
