Now that's one constipated load of a freudian slip. x( x( x( Those who died on 9/11, as by BUSH'S OWN DEFINITION died to help his cause. While it's conjecture to tie that in with MIHOP, we all know that 9/11 itself was a LIHOP.

The 11th apparently was made the official "Patriot Day".

Unless *'s stupidity made him misread the definition of "patriot"... OTOH, I'm wondering how much of that stupidity is just a show.

They had to wear either red, white, or blue shirts to school that day (they already wear standardized dress aka uniforms to public school), depending on grade level, and they had the kids go outside and form an amurikin flag in a field. they stood in the flag formation singing patriotic songs, then got to go home.

My son informed me (at the age of ten) that if he doesn't have hundred dollar tennis shoes, he will be made fun of. All of the other kids will have these shoes. Of course, I know that not ALL of the other kids are sporting expensive shoes, but I know how it is. I had to tell him that I'm sorry, but I just don't have the money for shoes like that, as we drove to Payless.

If it's not the shoes, it's the backpacks, or something else.
