What is it with Bush? When some of the greatest disasters the world
has ever known occur on his watch, he is either reading the pet goat story or hiking and biking with not a care in the world.Does that unnerve anyone?

7. He's still too drunk or hungover from the holidays
to address the public with care and supportive words when any disaster occurs. This current disaster proves no different. Yeah..we've got ourselves a real winner, ;( don't we?
