...the explanation I got was that "safeguards were in place to prevent multiple voting." Then it wanted me to supply my e-mail addy.

8. Yowza! Me, too.

My vote evidently counted. It went from 662 to 663 after I voted to see the red states apologize. Didn't improve on the 61 percent ranking though. Still 61 percent.
