My mom and I saw this bumpersticker on a huge SUV in the grocery store parking lot this evening. We're still trying to figure out just exactly what in the hell it's supposed to mean. Even for repukes, it makes no sense.

Can anyone explain just WHAT THE FUCK THIS MEANS?

give a damn about that fetus once it's born, and they couldn't care less about Iraqi babies and children torn apart by our bombs and ammunition.

My former doctor was strongly anti-abortion. Yet, he refused to treat poor pregnant women because Medicaid didn't pay enough and he didn't even volunteer at a crisis pregnancy clinic or anything like that. I called him a damned hypocrite to his face and very gladly became his ex-patient.

I will never forget, when I was going through my own unplanned pregnancy, the doctor who volunteered at the crisis pregnancy clinic I went to for prenatal care the first five months. He'd worked all day and was tired, yet was still dedicated to serving pregnant women who were poor, alone, and frightened. And he was ambivalent about abortion and not strongly anti-abortion!

The same politicians who scream and jump up and down about abortion are the same ones who cut funding for pregnant women's care, cut Medicaid payments for prenatal and infant care, children's programs, etc., etc. Fucking goddamn hypocrites, every last one of them.

she certainly did and I'd forgotten about that. I remember how pissed off that made a lot of people I know when it happened. Just as Rod Paige, the Education Secretary, compared the NEA to a terrorist organization. My parents and their friends are all retired teachers and NEA members, they did not take kindly to that at all, obviously. Guess "terrorist" is the label they put on anyone and any group that disagrees with them in the slightest; that way, they can more easily turn Americans against such persons/groups.

Besides the fact that the z/e/f isn't a person, consider this. Terrorism is where one kills people to persuade others of their politics. People bomb abortion clinics because they want to scare the country into outlawing abortion. That's terrorism.
