My local ABC affilliate called *'s Social Security Plan

3. Before it's Las Vegas, it's a blatant give-away to the banking and

financial insdustry, who are just about salivating at the thought of commissions on the billions of dollars in the Social Security Fund, which, by the way, IS IN NO DANGER OF RUNNING DRY. The danger is that the federal government which has been "borrowing" from the fund will have to pay back--TO THE PEOPLE--what it has "borrowed."

Coz bush's SS plan is the WORST THING to ever come down the pike.

The plan is SO BAD the Republican Committee warned republican candidates in 2002 to DENOUNCE bush's SS plan coz they'd never win votes if they campaigned on it.

And I notice that the local ABC affiliate (at least the daytime news) ALWAYS puts a pro-BushCo spin on stuff.

I'll never forget when the Marine shot the injured Iraqi in the mosque, Minerva Perez (daytime anchor) fell all over herself each time the story was aired, explaining how this same Marine's unit had been fired on the day before. Whatever the details, her apologist excusals and attitude made me ill.

I'm still searching for a decent local news channel.
Any suggestions?
