When does ashcroft arrest Bush as an "Enemy combatant"? If we protected them we would be in Guantanomo Bay, right?

1. Military tribunals should start at the top |
|
with Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld.

2. Good Point! And that isn't all tht makes bush an "enemy |
|
combatant". Starting an "illegal war", and if there is a real investigation into 9/11 we might all see the gross negligence associated with the bushco's derilection of duty.

3. if we had any real law enforcement |
|
he'd be charged as an accomplice.
in the eyes of the 'Law' he would at least be charged with aiding and abetting.

7. Literally .."aiding and abetting" the bin laden family right out |
|
of our Country right after 9/11 when there was still a "no fly zone"..
And I heard this on the "Mike Malloy Show" on Sept 3,2003 ..Mike read an interview with Richard Clark(who is a republican) in a Scottish Newspaper who said this is what happened!

5. The Bush family has had a long love affair with Saudi Arabia. |
|
Bush belongs in prison not primarily for that, bu for war crimes and human rights violations. If he were ever tried at The Hague I would smile.
Bush was happy as hell on 9/11. It was the best thing that ever happened to him. He went from Bozo to Churchill in less than 24 hours.

|
ANd in reality he went from "bozo" to more of someone who would let a tradgedy of this magnitude happen(the their own People no less) to look better and to better promote pnac "in less than 24 hours".
