They spend more time distinguishing than getting to the brass tax. They need help speaking in a brief concise manner.

1. I don't know, but truthfully, I get the impression that they

tend to be more interested in listening to their hired consultants and commmittees than they are to the people. This is what I find frustrating about the whole process.
