Poppy and Barb anniversary bash tonite at the WH

Sorry if already posted. Houston Chronicle reported today Chimp and Laura throwing a 60th anniversary party tonite for 130 at the WH for his dear ma and pa. Are we paying for this? Or is this part of the inaugural fund?

Nothing ever seems to celebrated or even published about her parents. She is,in fact, totaly diminished as far as her parents go.
