if we had an unlimited amount of money.

But we don't. We can't even fund what programs we currently have, so I don't know how we could also afford to subsidize the education of adults (thats the important part to me) who are in the country illegally.

I am totally in favor of free subsidized education for those under 18 who are in the country illegally. But, we can't afford to offer those kind of benefits to adults who are here illegally.

Irks me to see people from other states trying to freeload on California's largesse. Then turn around and laugh at us , call us names,and mistreat Californians who move to their states. Then turn around and complain about tutition rates too high for them. This business about putting their welfare recipients on buses to California is another piece of shit= Secession Now
