1. I can guess one thing.

The Dean campaign will rapid-fire a response immediately after the speech. His operation has a great record of rapid media response. I've been very impressed.

5. There better be many rebuttals

One official one, then every presidential candidate, high ranking elected Democrat, and Democratic talking head, should go on the attack against whatever lies Bush tells the American people.

We can't let him get any benefit from this speech. It's time to turn Bush's speeches into a negative for him. Everytime he speaks, attack twice as hard.

There had better be one hell of a response to this "speech" which will no doubt be 15 minutes of spin and deflection.

This is prime time to separate the Democratic contenders from chaff.

Those contenders had also best have the guts to rebut Bush's inevitable 9-11 Iraq tie-in crap.
