It looks like a bit of foundation, definitely some under the eyes. Along with some blush and lip color. He looks really bad. He's retaining water...look at his eyes. They are bloodshot too.

The typical alcoholic's nose with broken capillaries.

I sent a recent image of him to a friend who works with the physically and mentally handicapped to see if the recent spate of facial injuries might be seizure oriented. She suggested Kaposi's Sarcoma instead, saying that none of the injuries she saw were consistent with seizure.

I'll just leave it at: I don't wish anyone to suffer....
