Thanks. Usually I'm doing both during Keith. I had some bad sciatica problems and also dislocated my shoulder in September, so my therapist has me doing exercises every night for both of those. Boxing promoter Don King filed a $2.5 billion lawsuit against ESPN Wednesday in Broward Circuit Court claiming that the cable channel defamed him on a program in which he was called a "snake oil salesman, a shameless huckster and worse."

King lives in Palm Beach County and owns a company in Deerfield Beach. He has promoted champs including Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson and has been the subject of several lawsuits and investigations.

King's lawsuit also contends that the SportsCentury program intentionally portrayed King in a false light and invaded his privacy.

"I just felt that this was the straw that broke the camel's back and I can't take it anymore, and I'm going to fight back," King said at the press conference. "I seek justice."
