He wants a justice system that will lock up a black man for 100 years or better yet just kills him dead for jay walking. But not a system where if a corporation knowing sells cancer causing addictive sticks to you, you can force them to pay your medical bills and for the suffering they caused you. Justice=punish the poor with lack of personal freedom, Justice doesn't equal punish the rich where it hurts the most the pocket book. It's a cruel , bitter and loveless world Bush wants to live in.
