Walmart strikes back
Yeah me the stock boy and my CEO average a million a year but...

The ad says the company's average pay is nearly twice the minimum wage, that 74 percent of its hourly workers are full time and that Wal-Mart offers health and life insurance, company stock and a 401-k retirement plan. Wal-Mart has more than 1 million domestic employees.

3. True
but most companies these days make you pay into health coverage. Mine does, but then I'm not pulling in minimum wage. Who can live on minimum wage and have money left over to kick into a 401 K AND health care.

2. Benefits? Ha!
My granddaughter and son-in-law work for Wal-Mart. The health insurance is so expensive they can't afford it with the salary they get. Also the deductables are so high and the insurance does not have good coverage.

4. Amazing
people at this Walmart are working less the 40 hours a week and of course that help cut back on the benefits. i understand they also have a hiring freeze on. Aggravating when you find yourself standing in lines of 10 or more or the night before the snow storm 1 full hour. They knew it was coming, they should have called in help......but no way, they had to save a buck....greedy bastards
