"Kerry Criticizes Voting Irregularities" is the link title Yahoo! uses, though the AP innacurately has a headline of "Kerry Criticizes Election Outcome."

Anyway, rate the story a 5.

* from a concession speech acquiescing so readily and so quickly given his pre-election-day stance of not quitting nor surrendering, to this "let's rumble" stance, I am a bit perplexed. But I'll stand for the cause this time. Keep the fighting for tomorrow.

to what we were talking about at the top of the program. The president says that his election
means that his Iraq policy was validated. Different people have given different reasons why
they think President Bush won this election. Why do you think he won?
Sen. KENNEDY: Well, I think John Kerry ran an excellent campaign. I think President Bush
ran a better campaign. As, we know, it's decided by 50,000, 60,000 votes out in the state of
Ohio. Could have gone a very different way. I don't think there's any question when
country's at war, it's difficult to displace an American president. I suppose people can look
back and say, was the get-out-the-vote good enough in Ohio? Did John Kerry talk enough
about values? You can talk--I think--did he stress the economy more than Iraq? I think
there's--people can look back and--at it, but I'm more interested in looking forward. It's
always useful to look back to try and benefit from the mistakes of past campaigns. I look

8. Still a sham

Lissen, I was in Kerry's office on January 5th.
Of all the Senate offices we visited(and we visted all the Democratic Offices), Kerry's had the coldest and most rude staff of all. Sorry to say this - again. We were in the office at about the same time Kerry was announcing that, if he were going to be in town and on the Senate floor on January 6, he would certify the Electoral College vote. That means, in fact, that beyond a doubt, anyone who votes to certify, believes the election was conducted fairly and justly. I can't place a hight rank an article about Kerry's questioning of the election when the whole thing continues to be a sham.

If we're ever going to get this fixed and have a fair election in this country again, we need people to know what's been going on. Like it or not Kerry's late statement will help get the word out.

18. I am trying to put myself in Kerry's shoes.

His people tell him:
a. He was robbed in Ohio and Florida and the * vote was padded all over the country.
b. The Courts in Ohio and the Federal Courts will do everything they can to support *.
c. It will take complicated and time-consuming mathematical analysis to prove the fraud in Ohio and in other states.
d. Probably in mid-2005 the scholarly community will conclude the election was stolen, but proving the mechanisms used would lead to court actions involving claims of trade secrets that could take years to resolve.

Kerry knows that:
a. * owns the media.
b. Will do anything to win.
c. Is a chronic screw-up that can't get anything right.
d. Has been running his whole administration on bullshit from day one.
e. Iraq is going to continue to be a disaster and in all likelihood there will be another terrorist attack in the U.S. before the 2006 elections.
f. Anything Kerry does will reflect on his whole party.

Answer honestly, given the above, wouldn't you play a waiting game if in his shoes?
