An article he once wrote brought up a personal observation I had mentioned on the board just a week earlier. Thank you so much for telling me that I am insubstantial. I had no idea that participating in open debate on a "leftist" website makes me insubstantial. After all, I've worked to elect quite a few Democrats and I know a lot of other people on that site who do the same kind of work. It came as a shock to me to find out that we're all just insubstantial people while you, of course, are some kind of superhero within the political world. After all, you can write a 1000 word essay. You must be better than the rest of us all!

Although I've been posting on democraticunderground.com and I've never seen that. I'm a liberal Democrat, and I know the holocaust happened, and I know the vast majority (95%) feel the same way. I'm also sure the vast majority of Conservatives think the holocaust happened too. Making blind accusations, with no proof, about Democrats and the media denying the holocaust strikes me as "amateur" editorialism at best. Back yourself up there Jonah!

Basically, I think because you don't like it when Democrats or Liberals compare a right-wing fascist administration a bunch of nazis, you choose to then call them a bunch of Holocaust deniers. Huh? That doesn't make any sense. Why do you think the Bush Administration is targeted like that? Could it be that Prescott Bush (Bush 41's dad) heavilly invested in Germany before WWII, and Congress actually froze some of his money because of it?? Look it up, true. Could it be that a lot of Democrats feel Bush has taken advantage of Spetember 11th in a similar manner to Hitler's propoganda following the bombing of the Reichstag (I can't remember the name of the building, but he blamed Polish terrorists.) Or maybe it's because of Bush's family connections to the Bin Laden family? What about Halliburton? Or Enron? Or Bechtel? These are valid points and not just some "insubstantial" people screaming about nothing. And that definitely doesn't make them holocaust deniers.

If you want to be respected as a colomnist (And I read a lot of conservative writers) then stick to the facts to make your arguments. Vague references with little or no backing will only serve to turn you into another Ann Coulter. Sure, you might get rich but no one will respect what you have to say. Go out and read Bill Kristol or George Will, I don't agree with most of what they say but I can respect their right to say it because they do a good job. You've got a lot of work to do.
