Pro-war senators and congresspeople should sacrifice their salaries
until peace, human rights, justice, and prosperity for Iraqis reign in Iraq. That could take 10 years, but these boneheads, like Joe Biden below, should lead the sacrifice. It would be the start of their penance for screwing us up. And on top of that, no more pay increases for these boneheads.

Joe Biden: "Look, the very wealthiest among us, we're going to postpone (Bush's)tax cut a year or two to pay for this, I think they would embrace it."

4. Shut up Bushlover.
I'm getting pretty tired of your lame-ass Dean-bashing. I'm thinkin it's about time for you to find another venue for your tripe, one more in line with your political views.

5. Agreed - especially with their recent pay raise
If the Democratic majority Congress+Senate had just raised their salaries during wartime, the RW yackers would be harping to no end, but since it is a Repub majority utter silence.

6. Great Idea
Let's write to all of them and tell them.......they broke it....they should pay for it. We don't want to spend our money paying for their mistakes.

it would come to appx. $86M.

That's about 6 hours in Iraq, if my calculator is working properly.
