I know it says a little something like that, but I don't have the actual quote. A friend of mine (big Bushie) says that he has never heard of any of that "nonsense", and that President Bush (as he likes to call him) has never said that.

So now I need some help finding the quote. I know it is out there because I have heard him say it on TV, I just need the quote verbatim.
