The Document Sean Hannity Doesn't Want You To Read

A little snowy-day reading fun.

The Document Sean Hannity Doesn't Want You To Read

Speaking at the Take Back America conference on June 3, American Progress CEO John Podesta said, "I think when you get so distant from the facts as -- as guys like Limbaugh and Sean Hannity do, yeah, I think that tends to -- it kind of -- it tends to corrupt the dialogue." Apparently he struck a nerve with Fox News' Sean Hannity. Hannity challenged Podesta to "defend and explain one example where I -- where I said something that was so false." Since choosing just one of Hannity's distortions is too difficult, here are fifteen examples...

<snip>

Nice healthy list of disproven Hannity condescension and spew follows including WMD (HANNITY: "You're not listening, Susan. You've got to learn something. He had weapons of mass destruction. He promised to disclose them. And he didn't do it. You would have let him go free; we decided to hold him accountable."), Iraq, Saddam & other boogeyman propaganda, 9/11 Investigation (and how Bush, y'know, overcame the Democrats' opposition to the 9/11 investigation and all), Clinton Administration having left pornography and graffiti in the White House and more.

7. Hannity has to be on the take
No one really believes this except his loyal listeners, who are pulling a 1.3 share in our local radio market.

9. Sean InsHannity ...
I always felt sorry poor little Alan Combs back when I used to spend 5 minutes watching him on FoxNews (stopped that a long time ago). It was really embarrassing how he would constantly excuse himself for being a liberal, in how he agreed with this or that right wing crap, or supported so and so Rethuglican etc...
