It's the question where Bush made the snide comment about the elderly. I've not found it in the text copies of Bush's speech yet today.

Uh, yeah, we do. Major league big time crisis in school property taxes. County and school taxes going up as fast as they can be legally raised. It's been a huge debate for the last 3-4 years. I hope the press picks up on this major faux pas.
