I'm highly disappointed. I understand that the Senate Dems can't obstruct every little thing, but this was huge. If they don't put up a fight for the Secretary of Defense, are they going to bother with Gonzales? Supreme Court nominees? I'm just completely sick of the utter lack of backbone...aside from the 13 dissenters, of course.

these 13 senators are the reason I'm VERY PROUD to be Democrat...and these senators deserve the upmost respect from this country's citizens...it sad to say that there should have been more senators that voted no to the incompetence to this shameful adminstation.
