2. Morris rocks
Yes, I've plugged FOG OF WAR on the forums I'm active in many times, glad you've found it.

It shows that even a hawk like McNamara can change his political and humanitarian views over time.

3. its creepy
I always knew that hiroshima was a huge disaster but seeing how many villages and towns we nuked before we ever even hit it is astounding....the death toll is way higher...

and, being a young pup of 34 I had no idea how serious the cuban missile crisis was!

4. Eerie-watched it again last night on Starz
It's like watching the roadmap for Iraq in a lot of ways.

Sad because made me realize how you think growing up that the leaders of your country are smart, competent and know what they're doing. Then, you find they're not.

I disagree with one point made-"In order to do good, sometimes you must do evil".

5. Every American should see this movie.
To me, one of the most important things to take from it, is an understanding of just how much individual personalities can affect the entire course of humanity.

When you really see how millions of lives, perhaps even your own, are metaphorically "hanging by a (diplomatic) thread" it is chilling to think that bull-in-a-china-closet leaders such as GW Bush and his ilk are in the drivers seat.

6. the personalities won't prevail unless the minions of bitches
don't lay themselves down to be fucked by him.

The sooner humanity realizes this, the closer we will be to not destroying this planet.
