Does anyone know if there are Still War Profiteering Acts left?

We really need to INVOKE them now.. this should be a drumbeat from all sites, all blogs..

Let's get our Cyber Colonies rolling people - we're sitting back and watching the biggest con game in history, which wouldn't be so bad as a lesson in what not to do, if humans weren't being slaughtered, both our troops and their civilians..

Now is the time to come to the aid of your country.

History: Established as an independent agency by joint resolution, June 27, 1930 (46 Stat. 825), to consider a constitutional amendment permitting wartime seizure of private property,

----examine methods of eliminating war profiteering,-------

and review general wartime policies. Consisted of four members each from the Senate and House of Representatives; the Attorney General; and the Secretaries of War, Agriculture, Commerce, Labor, and the Navy. Held initial public meeting, January 21, 1931. Submitted final report, March 1932. Upon dissolution, 1932, records transferred to Planning Branch.
