Living outside their Means - Republicans at work
Many Democrats and Republicans are guilty of living outside of their means but I have to say that Republicans are way ahead in this game.

The problem as I see it in America isn't that we don't have enough religion (aka Roy Moore)..... The biggest problem facing this country are the piles of debt both private and public.

What we need in this country is some more good old fashioned common sense.

If you took a voluntary pay cut and went from making $100,000 a year to lets say $50,000 a year...would you then triple or quadruple your personal debt? (excluding some personal tragedy) The big lie facing americans today is the republican mantra that they are better fiscal managers... BULLSHIT!

We are going to be saddled with record debts and what will we have to show for it....NOTHING but interest payments!

This has got to stop...its just insane!

1. I know people like this
They have to have the best car, the finest clothes, biggest house, and on and on they talk endless about all their stuff - blah - blah - blah!!!!

Then you go shopping with them (to all the most expensive stores, of course) and they've maxed out this credit card - maybe they'll use the other.

They just don't get it. You have to live within your means.

I've learned my lesson. I'm now paying $1000 a month on a credit card that I have about $10,000 charged on. I put 400 a month in savings. The rest of the time I live pretty simply within my means.

Next year I'll be debt free and it will feel good!

2. I know what you are saying
I have a friend that is spending $800 more a month than her husband is making because she can't stop "keeping up with the Jones')

Its all sick and its destroying us both fiscally and emotionally...
