2. All I heard was that she was suffering from a bit of flu.
Obviously it couldn't have been too serious if she went on to speak at another place on the same day.

4. It was probably dehydration.
If she does have a stomach flu, then she may have been vomiting a lot (among other things) which could cause severe dehydration.
