Here we are, all these years after 9-11 and bush's pursuit of Osama is a total failure. He sure don't like to talk about it, but I will.

Osama attacked us, (supposedly) and Mr. 'dead or alive' appears neutered and impotent to find him or bring him to justice.

Bin Laden, 1....bush....ZERO.

6. * does not care about his old buddy or killing him, he was just an excuse
to scare the dumb Americans in this country so that he would be able to kill our children and rob our future/economy from us.

we're squandering our wealth & power in a futile attempt to kill arabs into loving us. and we don't really have a margin to work with, with the weak dollar, impending peak oil, gutted manufacturing base, willfully rapturous & ignorant citizenry, etc.

the only way to defeat osama is with jesus' ultimate weapon; love. if we'd showered the arabs with love & apologies, saying all the while that our religion commanded us to do so, we'd have got their sympathy.

14. Much, much better.
(1) He got us out of Saudi Arabia.
(2) He had us knock off the #1 secular leader in the ME
(3) We've created a nice breeding ground for future Iraqi terrorists who now have a reason to really hate us.
(4) A pan-Islamic state can now occur.....
(5) Saudi Oil is worth more than ever because Iraqi oil is getting pinched. That makes the House of Saud quite happy.

Yes, George Bush really showed Osama who's boss.

10. I'm still stuck on Who did it. If bin Ladin did it, it was at gov't reqst.
I think out government did it. I think those creeps in DC right now are responsible for 9-11, the planned invasion of Iraq & Afghanistan before 9-11, high treason, and murder of all those Iraqis and US troops.

Hang em high

11. Ol' Brer Laden is sittin' somewhere right now...
...saying, "Oh, please Brer Bush, whatever you do, don't invade Iran!" Jus' like he did with Iraq.

So this makes Brer Bush all mad -- so mad that he can hardly see. And you can see him getting all up on his haunches like he's going to spring right out of one briar patch into another.

And I bet he does. And he'll be pullin' all our children right along with him. Right into another briar patch.

15. Played right into his hands....
There is absolutely no one that could have put an arrogant, obnoxious face on America and make the world hate us more than W.

The roots of 911 were sown in OBL and other radicals that believe ANY other nation imposing its will on the middle east is an evil force.

This is how they recruit, to bring forth the notion that this evil force has to be pushed back. Thus, anyone who doesn't have their head planted firmly up their anus realizes W's going after Saddam's head to upshow his Daddy and get his name in the history books is the ultimate display of American arrogance and incompetence.

This has been and will be viewed as the ultimate evil force in the minds of future OBL and terrorist recruits.

Every single important defense of this country and security for our people could have been accomplished without aggression and without being arrogant and stupid.

18. It was always about the oil.
Edited on Tue Feb-01-05 08:54 PM by Old and In the Way
I'm convinced that OBL has been playing the boogeyman front guy for the House of Saud-Bush for many, many years. The bin Laden family has always been tight with the House of Saud. They've made billions with their US business partners, the House of Bush. Hell, the bin Ladens were meeting with Poppy on 9/11 as board members of the Carlyle Group.

Just look how the Saudi's were punished for the alledged 15/19 Saudi terrorists, alledgedly led by head terrorist OBL, for attacking us on 9/11...right.

The House of Saud has manipulated Fundie Islamicism to deflect attention from the gross domestic inequities in their wealth and using religion to suppress and divide their population.....just like what's happening here in America.

The Bush family has benefited greatly from their association with the Royal Sauds and the bin Ladens. They've engineered artifically low oil prices to maintain the energy economy status quo.....remember how Carter's policies were shitcanned and the Dept. of Energy taken down from a cabinet level post? And all the time Bush turned a blind eye to our petrodollars being used to buy out our country. Saudi's are multi-trillion dollar owners in US properties and assets.

We're in such deep trouble today because of the House of Bush....people ought to consider the actions of this administration in the light of the Bush family's 30 year selling out of this country.

19. This angers me so much
My husband, an ex-NYC fireman, disabled by 9/11, gets crazy every time bin Laden shows up on our television. And here's the kicker - all of those middle Americans who are supposedly so concerned about their security (although we in the east are at much more risk) they voted in Nitwit in Chief, who cannot even find bin Laden. I mean, what the heck??? Why vote for the incompetent??? I still don't get it.
