1. You're right.
President Clinton does own up to his mistakes, unlike the current Oval Office occupent.

This weekend, Clinton did an interview (I think with Charlie Rose, if my memory is correct) where he was asked what one of his biggest regrests as President was.

He said he will go to his grave being sorry for not acting quickly enough in Rwanda to stop the genocide. He said the US could have helped save more lives if it had acting more quickly. He said he still regrets that to this day.

I think Bush ought to listen to that and get a clue about the current situation in Sudan.
