Ran out of ballots in Iraq? hear about this?

my mom said that she heard on cnn or cbs that they ran out thousands in the sunnis triangle
anyone heard this?
i cant find anything on it

1. That doesn't make a lot of sense

I mean the Sunni Triangle is where they didn't vote. So how could they run out of ballots. Unless, as the argument might end up going, they wanted to vote but we threw away the ballots so they couldn't.

But that doesn't make a lot of sense either.

2. Interesting!

That's an old trick those whites, that are so hateful and thuggish that the'll become a cop, used to do in the south in the 60's. They stop by a mainly black polling location then pick-up the paper ballots to keep blacks from voting. While I don't like electronic voting, I do like the fact that the cops aren't allowed to control elections like they did at one time in this country.
