Demand Truth! Campaign wristbands - urges Democrats to unify around Truth

PRWEB) February 2, 2005 -- The Demand Truth Campaign (DTC) urges American Democrats to unify around one central idea: truth. The campaign encourages Democrats, and others who demand truth from the media and politicians, to show support of this movement by purchasing and wearing “Truth!” bracelets.

The "Truth!" bracelets are Democratic blue, and differ from other anti-Bush bracelets in that purchasers are encouraged to take responsibility by (1)actively demanding truth from the mainstream media and politicians and (2)pursuing the truth via alternative media sources. The bracelets can be purchased at the DTC web site, at www.bandfortruth.com.

The primary message of this campaign is, “We stand for truth and are demanding it.” A Demand Truth Campaign principal states, “The truth is our strength, and we won’t stop, no matter how many lies we’re told.” The ultimate goal is to reinstate truth from politicians and the media.
