There is nothing going on between SR and I. I don't know this person at all. I think I may have misunderstood his/her comment in response to your funny post. I thought he/she was giving you a dead pan response and I was not aware that he/she posts those sad pictures everytime he/she posts. I thought we were being chastised for laughing in times of such terrible losses to the troops. I think those pictures need to be seen by all of America but I don't think I would post them constantly. They only break my heart every time I see them. I don't shield myself from the real results of this illegal war but I don't want to dwell on it either unless I can accomplish something by it. If it were up to me, I would bring the troops home NOW.

I'm new to DU (since around the (s)Election but I am not new to the net by any means. I know how easy it is to misunderstand posts. It's not like when you talk to someone face to face. Thanks again for the welcome. Prior to 11/2, I had no time to post anywhere. This was the first campaign I actually got out and worked in. Precinct walking to register voters and talk issues with people was quite an education in our democratic system. I still think Kerry won and I plan to stay active in opposing the lil dictator, *!
