Who do you expect to place them all before the Hague? The Democrats? Please! They're almost as complicit in all of this as the Radical Republicans are. And they certainly aren't interested in actions that would turn the entire system on its head.

The only way this would happen is literally if there were a full-scale revolution in this country, complete with the modern-day equivalent of "storming the Bastille". That ain't gonna happen -- not in an America where people are more concerned about maintaining the right to shop than they are about any of their most basic freedoms.

It's nice to dream about such things, but the likelihood of them ever really happening is just about nil.
