A pre-approved Visa card where 1% of the purchase goes to the Dem Pary Fund. Has anyone recieved this in the mail?

unfortunately, the republicans will copy it, and i would bet that they would raise much more money than the democrats this way.
especially because more corporate-reimbursed expenses are spent by republican.
