You know what bothered me last night in the SOTU speech ?
My 4 year old granddaughter came and sat on my lap like she does sometimes. I looked at her and told her - Amanda, don't worry. We aren't going to let that bad man take away Social Security. It will be okay baby. I almost started crying thinking about what these evil fucks would do if they had a free hand to do whatever they wanted by electronically stealing 6 more votes in the midterms for their 60 vote majority to cut off discussion and vote to take almost everything away from us.

He even smirked and was laughing at how stupid he thinks we are.

5. kid SOTU story
my 8 year old daughter saw * on TV and said "Mommy, why are you watching the funny man"? She rolled her eyes then did her impression of him..."but I'm working hard" in her best fake Texas accent. I couldn't help but laugh.

So don't cry - just teach your granddaughter what you know and even if we don't see it, maybe their generation will restore integrity to this country.

7. What bothered me is the fact that this president is given a free pass
to tell outright LIES over and over and over.

While Reid's speech was good and Pelosi's was tepid, why do Dems NEVER EVER USE THE "L" word?

9. And when I reflect on how it could have been, it makes me sick
My son was born in August 1999, and all through 2000 I was thinking how lucky he and his generation were going to be: they'd have a surplus in the national treasury AND a president who was going to concentrate on finding solutions to our environmental problems, energy problems, etc. I was so excited for him! And now I look at my 5-year-old and I absolutely despair for him.

13. I sure know what bothered me --
everything about it, especially the fact that he was the one delivering it.
