12. Little known fact: "birth tax" meme started by DUers!

It's true! It happened at an offline gathering of Minnesota DUers. They were trying to come up with ways to frame the debate, and the "birth tax" idea came out. This was a few months back, before the election, even. Now it's getting picked up by EVERYONE!

Perhaps you would consider two versions, one with the baby flipping the bird and one without.

I think it's funny but honestly, I would not distribute a flyer with a baby flipping the bird. I think people in my area would simply write if off due the bird flipping.

I would distribute without that one item and think it would still be just as effective. Birth tax is a great frame we should keep using.
