10. I'd call it a case of cronyism

Gonzales, though technically qualified for the position, is only getting the position because of his relationship with Bush. Done so with complete disregard for all the valid reasons why Gonzales should never be Attorney General of the United States. Gonzales is simply not suitable for the job. His ethics are atrocious and his character is sorely lacking.


But then again, Bush should have never been selected President...so I don't really imagine suitability is a factor with some people (like Bushbots, the Felonious 5, and any who vote to confirm Gonzales)
