3. Last I heard, the admin
was trying to spin that the media already knew that Plame was a CIA agent when they went on their vengeance mission...

I thought Fitzgerald was in charge of the investigation.

9. well Ashcroft took himself out of it, but
who knows what Gonzales will do. I wouldn't be surprised if his first order of business will be to sink whatever is left of the Plame investigation.
It is my personal view that he will be there primarily to protect the Bush admin. from the law.

13. Protecting bush is something Gonzales has much experience with
It's odd how much protecting from the media and the law bush needs.

Fitzgerald will get tied down one way or another. He might strain a little against the ropes for a short time, but they won't tie him down enough to send him into organ failure, or death. That would be torture, dontcha know.

11. Judging from all your posts so far,
I assume you're pleased that the treasonous outing of a NOC whose job was preventing the proliferation of "WMD" is "dead"?
