DO NOT go there. There is a message saying that it has been seized by the department of Justice and that YOUR IP HAS BEEN RECORDED AND REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

3. Yeah, the site was probably hacked

...or abandoned out of sheer inability to cope with the freep attacks. The gifs are crap, and I rather doubt the Justice Dept would leave a calling card. They'd just rip the site down and it'd be 404.
