Did one of the Texas Dems cave in? |

The guy I work with said that one of the Tex 11 caved, and moved back home, and said he would not resist if they call another special session.
Any truth to that? I can't find anything.

They're going to a court hearing in Laredo first (today?) and then home.
No word yet on when (or whether) Gov. Rick "DeLay's Bitch" Perry will call special session #3.
