Why is Judith Miller Untouchable?( Armstrong Williams, Maggie Gallagher)

Why isn't Judith Miller at the top of the list of journalists being investigated? She is so obviously on the payroll. From the WMD's, to the Nov. C Span Washington Journal appearance spewing White house talking points on Oil For Food, even going so far as to suggest Colin Powell taking Kofi Annan's position, to the recent Chris Matthews interview where she leaked that Chalabi, the debunked WMD's and the "scientist" (Chalabi) who fooled us all and got paid millions of US dollars for it. It was well known at the time that he similarly scammed Egypt out of $22 million in similar circumstances and has a warrant out for his arrest. And now on Chris Matthews the other night, just one day after the Iraqi elections, she once again has inside information that Chalabi will play a role as interior minister with whoever wins. Even if it's a predominately Shia Parliament/counsel as expected. Why isn't this women in jail? What happened to her court case from 10 weeks ago? we haven't heard a peep. And now she's back at it, being Dick Cheney and Karl Rove's cutesy Charlie McCarthy. She should be at the top of the list of investigation of payola.
