California's Secretary of State Kevin Shelley to resign
Edited on Fri Feb-04-05 08:37 PM by shance
Heads up California.

Arnold now will appoint a Republican Secretary of State, unless the California legislature stops him.

Kevin Shelley was the one who decertified the electronic voting machines. Since that time, he has been targetted by Republicans and again, they are seeking to steal California, which they now will attempt to do with attempting to appoint a Blackwell here in California.

CALIFORNIA WILL NOT GO RED!!

(02-04) 16:38 PST SACRAMENTO (AP) --

Secretary of State Kevin Shelley resigned Friday amid investigations into his handling of federal election funds, questionable campaign contributions and bad behavior.

Shelley, 49, is leaving his $131,250-a-year post before having to testify later this month at a legislative audit committee hearing about his handling of millions of dollars in federal elections funds.

"I know I have done nothing wrong in the eyes of the law," Shelley said during a late afternoon news conference outside his San Francisco home, his wife, Dominique, at his side.

He said his resignation would be effective March 1. Struggling

3. He is leaving because Ahhnold forced him to
If Kevin Shelley is replaced by a Nazi, California's electoral votes might be stoled and given to the Repuke.

4. OK, someone who knows, What the F#$#?
Preferably a Californian:

1) Does Arnold appoint the replacement?
2) Did this guy do anything wrong?
3) Is this some supreme power play to steal our best state?

This is very troubling.
