4. The basic sign is real, on I-5 near San Onofre, Calif., but the real sign
only says "CAUTION" and has the artwork of the family. I removed the "CAUTION" and made the sign bigger and added my own lettering and I added the small sign at the bottom. The building at left in the distance is the San Onofre nuclear power plant. I believe that the sign is actually on the property of Camp Pendelton, a large Marine Corps facility. I-5 goes right through it, between Oceanside, CA and San Clemente CA.

15. The sign showing the family crossing the
freeway is just beyond the border patrol checkpoint a few minutes south of San Clemente. The reasoning is that illegal immigrants would evade the border patrol by walking along the beach on the opposite side of the higway before trying to cross back to pick up their ride. I don't know how genuine this concern is, but I know the sign is real.

13. Funny sign, but poor location
Unless there's a heavy traffic jam, no one will read it. Heck, no one would read it even at a fairly slow pace because there are too many words. I'd recommend a large, simple sign that says "Warning: Entering a Red State" or something like that.

17. You gotta know that...
...their is something wrong with a group of people who thought "The Passion of the Christ" was such good "Family entertainment, to go multiple times.

As a follower of Tibetan Buddhism, I couldn't bring myself to go pay to see a movie (even though I know it was just Make-up and not real) of a man being Tortured to death, that's just too much suffering to take on.

18. Another sign of religious fundamentalism gaining ground in the U.S.
Definitely something wrong with people who enjoy watching something that so closely resembles a snuff movie. I guess it was an attempt to indoctrinate the American people that suffering and violence is good as long as it is in the name of christianity. Prepare the masses for the next crusade, something like that. Makes it easier to see U.S. soldiers getting killed on TV, because people will believe they died for a just cause (fighting muslims), just like Jesus did..
Scary times..

This might be a safe enough message for here in Georgia, much more, and I might get my car vandalized by these lovely people.
