Now might be a good time for him to fax his resume on over to the follwing places in search of employment:

1. He'll still be in power for at least another year
He wasn't up for election -- just the assembly that will write the constitution (which will determine HOW the president/PM will be elected/selected).

2. The puppet isn't going anywhere for a long time.
No doubt when he finally does get the boot, he'll be well rewarded for allowing the rape of his country's oil reserves by some of the bloodsuckers you mentioned.
