NOW without Bill Moyers and it's new 1/2 show isn't the same

4. David Brancacio isn't a doof

Still, I would like to see them get someone else on board with the show and extend it back to an hour.

5. He's not a doof.

I used to give money to PBS-imagine my annoyance last night to discover they have shortened NOW by 1/2 hour, it seems, to put on Schmucker Carlson's show, which followed NOW.

Not one more dime of mine goes to PBS. If I wanted to see Schmucker Carlson, I would not be watching PBS.

His "show" led off bitching about the Marine guy bragging about the fun of killing.

3. I can't imagine the new guy getting into anyones face about anything

With Moyers, you expected him to boldly ask the questions (and risk getting his glasses broken in a fistfight) !

But I will continue to give the new show a chance.
