More along the lines of a musical reference for you disenchanted liberals

So this is Alex, and there's this one band called Bright eyes who have been around for a couple years, and don't you dare check out their older stuff because they were a very whiny band. The singer, Conor Oberst, has become somewhat of a celebrity lately, and I was wondering if any of you crazy liberals out there have heard the album I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning. Anyway it's fine music, and also if you download, a song with a rather vulgar name is also excellent. Most people know it as to love nad to be loved, but it's real name is Let's not shit ourselves (to love and to be loved.) It's a ten minute long modern protest song about this guy trying to figure out what the hell happened to him. The song really describes alot of my, and the common youth's, positions on a lot of things in the world, such as the lines "well I should stop pointing figures/ reserve my judgement/ of all those public action figures/ the cowboy presidents/ so loud behind the bullhorn/ so proud they can't admit/ when they've made a mistake/ while poison ink spews from a speechwriters pen/ He knows he don't have to say it so it don't bother him/ Honesty, accuracy, it's just popular opinion/ And the approval ratings high"
