Did F9/11 made GWB Jesus Christ?
I found this confusing excerpt from Box Office Mojo:

<snip>

Reacting to the perceived conservatism and war mongering of Washington, talk radio and cable news, many Americans said "give me that old time propaganda." Like The Passion, many were voting when they saw Fahrenheit 9/11—voting against the sitting president and what he represents to the liberal establishment. Because it didn't offer a positive alternative, Michael Moore's anti-Bush tract turned out to be the flipside of The Passion of the Christ, adding to the perception of Bush as the persecuted and galvanizing many to vote for him.

<snip>

So tell me, is GWB an "innocent victim of peresecution from liberal pharasees", or just some damn right-wing PR crap?

1. OMG! Maybe THAT'S why he didn't get to NYC 'til the 14th!
He was hit on 911 and it took 3 days to resurrect him!

2. it's highly unlikely that Moore got the Ape "re"-"elected"
most who claim that just want Moore to be quiet and for nobody to criticize the Chimperor, ever again, 'coz that "scares off the middle" and other such tripe.
It's almost like they want Bush uncriticized and for none of his ill traits to be brought into the light of day, but deep down inside they really care for us liberals and don't want us losing by being so negative (sarcasm off).

5. too much religious and anti liberal Rhetoric.. are you making a statement
or asking a question. Liberal establishment..?? Passion of the Christ comparison.. the 'Passion' was about some right wingers in league with some religious extremists to remove a Liberal.. the movie was nothing other than the a long drawn out glorifying of right wingers whipping the shit out of a liberal..

are you are attacking Moore in an effort to invalidate him..? and free the Bu$h administration from its obvious incompetence through it arrogance. there was LOTS of information about Osama Ben Forgotten planning and using airliners as missiles.. a big plan to do that was stopped shortly before 911. denying that was a lie.. if their lips are moving they are lieing.

6. What a bizarre interpretation.
Who funds the author's bank account? (Sorry, but the question must now be asked every time.)

8. "Dubya Bush Superstar"
Sung to the tune of "Superstar" from JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR

VOICE OF MICHAEL MOORE:

Every time I look at you I don't understand
Why you let the things you did get so out of hand.
You'd have managed better if you'd had it planned.
Why'd you choose pre-emptive war in such a strange land?
For $200 billion you could have bought a whole nation.
Israel in 4 BC had no mass communication.
Don't you get me wrong.
I only want to know.

PROTESTERS:

Dubya Bush, Dubya Bush,
Who are you? What have you sacrificed?
Dubya Bush Superstar,
Do you think you're what they say you are?

VOICE OF MICHAEL MOORE:

Tell me what you think about your friends at the top.
Who'd you think besides yourself's the pick of the crop?
Reagan, was he where it's at? Is he where you are?
Could ol' Ronnie move a mountain, or was that just PR?
Do you mean to die like that? Was that a mistake, or
Did you know your messy death would be a record breaker?
Don't you get me wrong.
I only want to know.

PROTESTERS:

Dubya Bush, Dubya Bush,
Who are you? What have you sacrificed?
Dubya Bush Superstar,
Do you think you're what they say you are?
(Repeat many times)

------

Sung to "Everything's All Right" from JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR

CONDOLEEZA RICE:

Try not to get worried, try not to turn on to
Problems that upset you, oh.
Don't you know
Everything's alright, yes, everything's fine.
And we want you to sleep well tonight.
Let the world turn without you tonight.
If we try, we'll get by, so forget all about us tonight

ENTIRE CABINET:

Everything's alright, yes, everything's alright, yes.

CONDOLEEZA RICE:

Sleep and I shall soothe you, calm you, and anoint you.
Myrrh for your hot forehead, oh.
Then you'll feel
Everything's alright, yes, everything's fine.
And it's cool, and the ointment's sweet
For the fire in your head and feet.
Close your eyes, close your eyes
And relax, think of nothing tonight.

ENTIRE CABINET:

Everything's alright, yes, everything's alright, yes.

DENNIS KUCINICH:

Woman your fine ointment, brand new and expensive
Should have been saved for the poor.
Why has it been wasted? We could have raised maybe
Three hundred silver pieces or more.
People who are hungry, people who are starving
They matter more than your feet and hair!

CONDOLEEZA RICE:

Try not to get worried, try not to turn on to
Problems that upset you, oh.
Don't you know

ENTIRE CABINET:

Everything's alright, yes, everything's alright, yes.

DUBYA BUSH:

Surely you're not saying we have the resources
To save the poor from their lot?
There will be poor always, pathetically struggling.
Look at the good things you've got.
Think while you still have me!
Move while you still see me!
You'll be lost, and you'll be sorry when I'm gone.

CONDOLEEZA RICE:

Sleep and I shall soothe you, calm you and anoint you.
Myrrh for your hot forehead/
Then you'll feel
Everything's alright, yes, everything's fine.
And it's cool and the ointment's sweet
For the fire in your head and feet.
Close your eyes, close your eyes, and relax
Think of nothing tonight.

ENTIRE CABINET:

Everything's alright, yes, everything's alright, yes.

CONDOLEEZA RICE:

Close your eyes, close your eyes, and relax

(Sun goes dark, curtain in the sanctuary tears in 2, fade out....)
