4. It is no secret that Matt Goering HATES Shrubbie

He does a cartoon that runs in our local alternative magazine called "Life in Hell." In it, he ranted about Shrub for weeks before the election. Said he would even change the name of the strip from "Life in Hell" to something more positive if we'd just vote out Bush. LOL!

It's not hard to see where he's coming from in the Simpsons. ;)

5. I amazed my kids...

...when I showed them the strip in StLouis Riverfront Times and told them it was by the guy that did Simpsons and Futurama. Ah, memories. That strip has been running longer than the Simpsons, and that's a LONG time :)
