2. In all likelihood, it'll be some flunky nobody outside the inner circle

has ever heard of. However, when you look at the physically ill old guard Repuglicans, there are several suspects.

The best thing that can happen is that it turns out to be a well known far right ideologue, which begs the question of why the Democrats were blamed when the far right ousted him for being too liberal.

So much speculation, so much careful research...even those who bet on the RIGHT horse will find little joy in their vindication.

Personally, I am hoping it was Jerry Ford, just for the "shock value"...he was always the stolid, uncharismatic seat-filler; it would be thrilling to find out that he was actually undermining an empire all those months!

But, y'know what? No matter who actually made the info-drops, I will ALWAYS believe that Kissinger was involved. He was the only TRUE 'evil genius' of the era. Nixon and his posse were, ultimately, just MEN. But Henry Kissinger was a born Puppet-Master. If you asked him what he had for breakfast, his reply would be twelve steps removed and somehow benefit his ultimat plans.

Henry K fucked his enemies Hard...and fucked his 'friends' harder! Everything he ever touched snowballed straight into the cesspool, but he always emerged smelling like an 'Elder Statesman'.

So, whoever the "Real Deep Throat" turns out to be: I ask you all to take a moment and compare his career to Mr. K's....and wonder WHO was really making history their bitch.

Hmmm...the Throat is someone that has become ill in the past week or so and by some accounts isn't expected to live much longer...hmmm...let's see...we know he's male...so we're looking for a man that has become ill recently whose general state of health seems to be failing...I've got it!! I've got it!! It's the Pope!! The Pope is the Throat!! That's it!
