Quoted by a caller on C-SPAN this AM. He attributed to Barney Frank but I recall a Loretta Lynn song in the 1960's with that title. But Barney was very astute to analogize it to the present budget difficulties. Everybody wants their goodies but nobody wants to pay for it.

Did you see John Spratt (D-Rep-SC)? Impressive. He's the ranking member on the budget committee responsible for the "big picture" shaping of the budget. He's from York, SC. Plain spoken, pplain English explanations for all questions. The RW callers didn't phase him.

"Everybody wants to go to heaven but nobody wants to die." So true in so many ways.....why the right doesn't see that I will never know.
